We Spiced up our Lives!

This is the Spicy Royal Red Paprika. But we call her Poppy. She is 8 1/2 weeks old in this
picture and she came to spice up our lives 10 days ago.

Poppy is a “Royal” because her Daddy is 80 pounds! This is the largest of the Standard Poodle sizes and
we aren’t quite sure if she is going to be that big or not—we will see! But she IS Royalty!

Needless to say, with a new baby in the house her parents are not getting a full night’s sleep. But it’s
all worth it. We love our little Poppy!

The Continuum Continues

Happy New Year—and Happy Continuum.

The First Day of the New Year marks not only the beginning of the New Year, but also the 26th anniversary for TMWLH and Yours Truly. To celebrate, we went to dinner last night in our usual place (Antonio’s of Bellevue). It was a lovely dinner, just the two of us, and we made an early night of it, Jabber being 111 and all. TMWLH isn’t nearly that old, however.

Jabber now turns to the year at hand and is planning new schemes and adventures. I’m sure you are as well. Just wanted to wish all of you a VERY HAPPY, PROSPEROUS AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR. And lots of adventures. May your days be merry and bright all through 2015 and of course, Jabber can’t WAIT to start planning for Christmas this year. (I just heard a loud groan from my friends I think.)

In the meantime, Jabber will attempt to keep you posted on our new adventures this side of 111 (years).
